摘要
阐述了自由基对机体的损害及其来源,总结了2类抗氧化剂的作用机理,综述了抗氧化剂在动物生产中的应用情况。
The radical damage to the body and its＇ sources were described, and the mechanism of two types of antioxidants was summarized, the application of antioxidants in animal production was reviewed also.
