摘要 针对品红亚硫酸法测定白酒中甲醇存在的显色剂配制繁琐、显色不稳定等问题,本文对该法进行了优化探讨研究。显色剂的配制由研磨法改为水浴法,显色条件由20℃以上显色30min改为30℃显色60min,优化后的方法操作简便,准确度更高。 In order to solve the problem of tedious preparation of chromogenic reagent and unstable color reaction, which occurred in fuchsin sulfurous acid method for determination of methanal in liquors, the optimization of the method was studied in this paper. The preparation of chromogenic reagent could be made by using water bath instead of grinding method. The condition of temperature of the changed color was changed from 20~C to 30~C, the color of the extended time from 30 min to 60 min. The optimized method has simole ooeration and hi^her accuracy.
