摘要 目的探讨超声引导下125I粒子植入在胸壁转移癌治疗中的应用价值。方法在超声引导下,经皮穿刺胸壁肿瘤并依据患者放射治疗计划在其病灶内植入适当数量的125I粒子。结果 12例患者17个胸壁转移瘤在超声引导下粒子植入均获成功,共植入125I粒子435颗。17个瘤体中,肿瘤完全消失0个,明显缩小11个,无变化4个,进展2个。结论超声引导下125I粒子植入治疗胸壁转移癌疗效肯定,但操作难度较大。 Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasound-guided 125I particle implantation in the treatment of chest wall metastasis. Methods According to the treatment planning system (TPS), a proper number of 1251 particles guided by ultrasound were implanted into the lesions of patients who underwent percutaneous puncture. Results 435 125I particles guided by ultrasound were implanted into 17 lesions of 12 patients successfully. Results of the 17 lesions showed that complete remission (CR) was achieved in 0 case, partial remission (PR) was achieved in 11 cases, no change (NC) was achieved in 4 cases and progression desease (PD) was achieved in 2 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided 125I particle implantation is an effective treatment method for chest wall metastatic carcinoma but its operation is difficult.
