摘要
起重电磁铁是用以吸吊搬运铁磁物质的一种理想工具,七十年代以来,在我国已得到了很快的发展和应用,作为用于冶金、矿山、机械和交通运输等行业吊运钢铁等导磁性材料的生产装置,以便于维护、工作效率高和节约人工成本等特点受到企业的青睐。由于生产过程要求必须连续并且可达到一定的起重量,如何让这一大的耗电设备降低吊运时的电磁损耗就是一个重要的课题。
Lifting electromagnet is an ideal appliance for attracting and moving terromagneuc material, it has been developed rapidly and widely used in various areas such as metallurgy, mine, machinery and transportation etc. due to its convenient maintenance, high working efficiency and saving labor cost since 1970. As production process requires successive and limited weight, the appliance must consume a lot of power during working, how to reduce the electromagnetic loss is an important task.
