摘要
本文用氢化物发生-原子吸收法研究了一种锗的灵敏的测定技术。它以一种T型电热开缝石英管为原子化器,在10ml 0.10mol/L的HP_3O_4介质中含0.4μg锗时,11次测定的相对标准偏差为2.9%,检出限(S/N=2)为2.4ng。
A sensitive method for the determination of germanium was studied by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. The T-type electrically heated closed-ended slotted quartz tube was used in this method. The detection limit and relative standard deviation of 11 determinations of 0.41μg Ge/10ml in the 0.1mol/L H_3PO_4 solution were 2.4ng (S/N=2) and 2.9%,respectively.
