摘要
文章介绍了硅酸盐企业余热汽轮机发电机组的故障维修,在保障生产连续性和因地制宜保持运行发电的情况下做的临修和大修更换部件工作,保证了余热的回收利用。在交通受限的情况下,利用现场条件完成了转子部套的维修更换工作,支援了偏远地区的经济建设。
This paper introduces the heat recovery steam generator silicate companies fault repair, in line with local conditions to ensure production continuity and keep running power in case of temporary repair and overhaul work to make replacement parts work to ensure the recycling of waste heat . Transportation is limited in the case of the use of on-site conditions complete sets of rotor repair and replacement work, supports economic development in remote areas.
