基于单片机的瓦斯监控系统设计

摘要 针对目前我国煤矿事故的主要形势,提出基于单片机的智能瓦斯监控系统。设计监控分站、CAN总线通信;结合微型计算机处理技术,采用简单易行的软硬件设计。该系统减少硬件设计的复杂性,提高系统工作的可靠性,降低煤矿瓦斯监控系统成本。经试验验证该系统具有检测准确、可靠性高、节省成本等特点,适用于中小规模的煤矿。 Considering the current situation of the coal mine accident in our country, the intelligent gas monitoring system which has based on single chip microcomputer is put forward in this paper. In the system, the microcontroller monitoring substation and CAN bus communication system are designed;Moreover, the mi cro computer processing technology, the simple hardware and software are combined with. The system reduces the complexity of hardware design, improves the reliability of the system and lowers the cost of coal mine gas monitoring system. The experiment results show that the system has the characteristics of detecting accuracy, highly reliability, cost savings, and so on, fitting the requirements of the small and medium sized coal mines gas monitoring.
