摘要
当前,作为人才培养质量重要标杆的大学生科研创新能力明显滞后。主要原因在于,市场经济的趋利性、教学培养模式的传统性、专业和课程设置的局限性及课程选修机制的有限性等方面产生的影响。实行综合培养,将培养大学生科研创新能力贯穿于人才培养全过程;构建大学生科研创新的和谐环境,为学生的科研实践创造条件;抓好教师队伍建设,为大学生科研创新活动提供有效引导;改革传统考试模式,建立适合科研创新人才个性发展的评价体系是培养大学生科研创新能力的主要对策。
At present, the quality of personnel training as an important benchmark for research and inno vation ability of the students is a clear lag. The main reasons are as follows： the market economy seeks profit, teaching traditional of training model, professional and curriculum limitations and limitations of elective courses mechanism . Implement of a comprehensive training program is throughout the entire process of personnel train ing;a harmonious environment for Students＇ research and innovation is built; teachers do a good job in effec tive guidance for students＇ research and innovation activities ; reform of the current test method and assessment mode on research and development of innovative talents are set up.
