新建本科院校职业发展与就业指导课程教学探析——以遵义师范学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 大学生职业发展与就业指导课程已经成为大学生素质教育的通识课程。该课程在新建本科院校中方兴未艾,正在进行"摸着石头过河"的探索。新建本科院校大学生职业发展与就业指导课程必须破解传统职业指导课程内容上失衡、类型上单一、空间上封闭等问题,建立以职业规划为基础,以就业指导为核心,以创业教育与训练为重点的课程体系,在教学中,强调"导"字,即:启发疏导、教育辅导、规范指导、活动引导。 The course about undergraduate's vocational development and job guidance has become a general course for undergraduate' s quality education; nonetheless, it is still in the course of development, experiencing its exploration of"wading into a river by feeling stones". These problems such as unbalanced content, monotonous type, confined space, etc. should be resolved as to the course about undergraduate's vocational development and job guidance, hoping to build a course system with the vocational plan as its base, the job guidance as its core and career education and training as its key point, and most importantly, this kind of system stresses just one word "guidance", namely, guidance to enlightenment, guidance to education, guidance to standardization, and guidance to activity.
