摘要
"和谐世界"思想是中国领导集体,根据国内外形势发展的要求和时代特征的变迁提出的中国外交新理念。这一思想深刻的回答了当今世界是什么样的、新时期中国应当怎样给自己定位、应该如何看待这个世界等问题。同时,这一新理念的提出不但丰富发展了中国长期坚持的"独立自主、和平共处"的外交思想,而且中国作为一个负责任的大国,从世界的角度总结了国际社会的发展规律,为全人类的健康发展提供了正确的指引。
＂Harmonious world＂ thought is the Chinese collective leadership puts forward the new idea of China＇s diplomacy, which according to the requirement of the development situation at home and abroad and the changes of the times. This thought deeply answered what a kind of world is in today？ Chi- na should how to position itself in the new period？ Should be how to define the world？ What should to do？ And so on. At the same time, the new concept put forward not only enrich the Chinese long-term ad- herence to the ＂independent, peaceful coexistence＂ diplomatic thought, and China as a responsible big country, from the Angle of the world, summarizes the law of development of the international community, to the health of the mankind development provides the correct guidance.
