摘要
目的研究心脉宁滴丸成型的最佳工艺条件。方法以滴丸的外观质量为评定标准对基质与冷凝剂的选择、滴距、冷却剂温度采用平行实验法,提取物与基质的用量配比、滴速、滴制温度采用正交实验法,优选出最佳滴制条件。结果滴丸的基质为PEG4000,制备工艺为清膏∶基质为1∶2.5,滴速为45d/min,药液温度为70℃。结论本实验筛选出的心脉宁滴制工艺是可行的,符合滴丸剂的质量规定。
Objective To study the optimum techniques of making Xinmai' ning drop pills. Methods Parallel experimentation was used for the choice of matrix and refrigerant, dropping distance, rate and the temperature of refrigerant. Using orthogonal experimentation was used for the choice of proportion of extract, matrix, and proportion of extract, water and glycerin. The temperature of drug solution with quality of outward appearances as the evaluation quota was used to decide the best dropping condition. Results The matrix was PEG4000 and the optimum techniques were that extraction : PEG4000 was1: 2.5. The dripping speed was 45 drops per minute and the liquid temperature was 70℃. Conclusion The optimum techniques were feasible and accorded with the quality standards of drop pills.
