摘要 研究CNG加气站水冷活塞式压缩机冷却系统化学清洗工艺,解决设备堵塞、排气温度过高等问题。采用旋转挂片法及失重法分析测试了清洗剂的缓蚀效率和除垢率,用电化学工作站及扫描电镜分别测试了清洗剂的电化学性能和金属腐蚀情况。以羟基亚乙基二膦酸、乌洛托品等复配而成的清洗剂,在适当的清洗条件下,除垢率可以达到97.2%,对不锈钢及碳钢的腐蚀速率分别为0.004 3、0.078 4 g/(m2·h);乌洛托品可以抑制金属的腐蚀,清洗后的金属表面完整而光滑。 The chemical cleaning process of wa- ter-cooled piston compressor cooling system in CNG stations is studied to solve the problems such as equipment blocking, high exhaust temperature and so on. The corrosion inhibition efficiency and descaling rate of detergent are analyzed and tested by the rotary coupon method and the weight loss method. The electrochemical performance and metal corrosion of detergent are tested by electrochemical workstation and scanning electron microscopy. The desealing rate can reach 97.2%, and the corrosion rates of stainless steel and carbon steel are 0. 004 3 and 0. 078 4 g/( m^2· h) respectively with the detergent composed of 1-hydroxy ethylidene- 1, 1-diphosphonic ac, id and methenamine under the condition of proper cleaning. Methenamine can inhibit the corrosion of metals, and the metal surface is complete and smooth after cleaning.
