摘要 0 引言 microRNAs(简称miRNAs)是一组广泛存在于动植物中的长度约19~25bp的内源性非编码单链小RNA分子,它一般通过与靶基因mRNA3’端(3’-UTR)完全或者不完全互补的方式结合使靶基因沉默而抑制靶基因表达,参与许多生物过程,发挥生物学功能。
