摘要
企业借改制来逃废银行债务是目前急待解决的一个问题。本文针对这一问题 ,就其现象以及产生原因进行了深入的分析。从政策调整 ,以及立法、司法等多重角度提出了解决这一问题的设想。
The writers of the paper probes into the critical issue that enterprises try some ways to evade their owing the bands in their reorganization in the West, the writers detailed analyses the reasons why enterprises always evade their debts owing the bands and point out the reasons are closely related to the improper policies and regulation, imperfect legislation, ineffective legal protection and local protectionism. Then the writers tentatively put forward some solutions from the perspectives of legislation, administration of justice and readjustment of some policies.
