螺旋CT成像技术在枕骨髁测量中的应用

Application of the Spiral CT Technology in Craniocervical Surgical Clinical Research

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT重组技术测量枕骨髁解剖学结构在临床颅颈外科中的应用价值。方法用游标卡尺对20例枕骨髁干标本进行测量,用CT分别对20例枕骨髁干标本及20例颅脑外伤患者进行扫描,薄层数字图像通过部分重组,用图像存档和通信系统进行骨窗的信息分析。测量的指标包括左右侧枕骨髁的高度、宽度、长度,及中轴平面测量枕骨髁上模拟的理想螺钉入路中线与正中矢状面的夹角。将获得的数据进行统计学分析比较。结果游标卡尺测量所得结果,枕骨髁的平均高度、长度、平均宽度、轴向平面枕骨髁的平均角度等结果均较CT成像技术测量所得结果略小,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论螺旋CT薄层数字图像,通过部分重组,能较好应用于临床科研中,其测量数据真实可靠,有较高科研价值。 Objective To discuss the application value of 64 slice spiral CT reconstruction technique in measuring oc cipital condyles anatomical structure in the the eranioeervieal surgical clinical research. Methods 20 cases of the occipi tal condyle dry specimens were measured by a vernier caliper, CT scanning was performed in 20 occipital condyle dried specimens and 20 patients with traumatic brain injury respectively. Thin high resolution digital images archived and commu nication system through partial reconstruction, bone window of information analysis were taken. Measurement indicators in eluded the height of both sides of the occipital condyle on sagittal plane and coronal plane, the width of the occipital con dyle, sagittal plane length, the occipital condyle analog ideal screw into the road midline midsagittal angle was measured on the central axis of the occipital condyle plane. Results The average height of the occipital condyles of the sagittal plane and coronal plane, the occipital condyles average height, average length of the sagittal plane the occipital condyles, the axi al plane average angle of the occipital condyles , the average width of the axial plane occipital condyles were slightly smaller by caliper measurements than those by CT, there was no statistical difference ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Spiral CT thin high resolution digital image, through partial reconstruction can be better used in clinical research, the measurement data are true and reliable, which have a hi^her scientific value.
