摘要
本文介绍了水中μg/L 级有机磷农药的气相色谱定量测定方法。乐果,甲基对硫磷、对硫磷的最低检出限分别为:1、0.5、0.5μg/L。在最佳分析条件下,考察了方法的精密度与准确度,平均回收率为90.8～109.5%,相对标准偏差为2.13～4.78%。方法已用于实际水样的测定。
The determination of organophosphorus pesticides at μg/L levels in water by gas chromatography is described.The detection limit is 0.1,0.5 and 0.5μg/L for dimethoate, methyl-parathion and parathion,respectively.The precision and accuracy of the method have been examined under optimal analytic conditions.The average rocovery and relative standard deviation are 90.8～109.5% and 2.13～4.78%,respectively.
