摘要
心房颤动(AF)是影响人类健康甚至危及生命的主要心律失常之一,且发病率逐年升高,早期诊断成为治疗AF的当务之急。心脏远程监测技术的运用提高了AF早期诊断率,对AF的诊断、治疗、预后和随访都发挥了重要作用。该文主要介绍心脏远程监测的各种方法以及在AF病人中的临床应用现状和进展。
