摘要
介绍了一种基于量子级联激光器的气体分析仪设计,具体应用于烟气排放连续监测系统。该气体分析仪检测下限达到了1×10-6精度和重复性达到了1%,实现了快速、准确和可靠的检测气体浓度的目的,适用于环保领域SO2和NOX等污染气体的在线连续监测。
In this paper, we introduced design and research on gas analyzer based on quantum plied to continuous emission monitoring system.
