摘要
介绍了一种短纤维/酚醛模压制品使用的组合式双腔模具的结构设计,进行了工艺试验并对制品性能进行测试。工艺试验结果表明,组合式双腔模具的温差不超过4℃,满足产品压制工艺要求;由于模具结构设计中采用压力平衡通道,保证了两个模腔内产品的成型压力一致。制品性能测试结果表明,组合式双腔模具模压制品各项性能与单个模具压制的产品相当,满足使用要求。组合式双腔模压模具在生产中应用有效提高生产效率和设备利用率,降低了产品的能耗。
ABSTRACT Structure design of composite double - cavity molding die in the production of short fibre/phenolic was de- scribed ; process experiment and quality of product were investigated. Results of the process experiment indicated the tem- perature difference of dies is less than 4 ~C. The temperature differences meet the requirement of process control. Pressure balance was used in the structure design of die, which ensure the mold pressure of product in tow cavities same. Results of product properties indicated the quality of product molded with composite double - cavity molding die is the same as which molded with a die. The rate of production capacity and the using efficiency of equipment could be improved , the energy dis- sipation of product could be reduced by application of composite double - cavity molding die.
