一种因子分析在重叠峰分解中的应用

摘要 为解决多组分同时测定中重叠峰的分解,本文提出一种因子分析法,即扩展的渐进因子分析(EEFA)。由此种方法得到组分数(即因子数)、曲线的峰位、宽度等初始值,进而完成拟合以达到解析的目的。 An extended evolving factor analysis method is described for the resolution of overlapping peaks in analytical chemistry. The number of components in a mixture, i.e., the number of the factors in a system, the positions of the peaks as well as the information on the heights and the widths of the peaks can be obtained by using this method. The simulation data and the data on the mixtures of Cr^3+ and Ni^2+ have been analyzed with satisfactory results.
