摘要
针对目前轿运车物流和零部件物流分离、存在较大的物流资源浪费的情况,分析了轿运车物流和零部件物流合流运输的可行性,设计了一种轿运车用集装料箱,将整车和零部件运输进行合流,有助于提升物流效率。通过与传统物流模式相比较发现,该合流方案能够提高轿运车的空间利用效率,缓解轿运车返程空驶问题,降低了零部件物流成本,实现了轿运车物流效率的提升。
In this paper, we analyzed the feasibility of combining the sedan-transportation logistics and the spare parts logistics, designed a type of container specialized in the transportation of sedan cars and then consolidated the transportation of ears and spare parts to improve the efficiency of the logistics operation. Then through comparing the mode with the traditional logistics mode, we found that the consolidated transportation mode could improve the utility rate of the room of the sedan carriers, eliminate the empty backhaul in the logistics process and reduce the logistics cost of the spare parts.
