摘要
本文采用巯基棉分离技术,控制pH在3.5左右,使钨得以富集并与大量Mo、Ti、Zr、Sn、Ge等性质相似高价元素分离,然后用水杨基萤光酮-CTMAB作为显色剂进行光度测定,建立了高灵敏度,高选择性测定环境水、粮食中痕量钨的新方法,测定下限0.0xng/g。
Tungsten was separated and concentrated selectively from Mo, Ti, Zr and Ge. etc. on sulphdrylated cotton. The conditions for quantitative separation of W and other elements were studied indetail. The microamounts of W in watcr and grains was determined by spectrophtometry with salicylfluorone and CTMAB as chromogenic reagent. The limit of detection for W is 0. 0X ng/g and the results are satisfactory.
