摘要
以2003—2010年陕西大中型工业企业为研究对象,在建立技术创新评价指标体系的基础上,运用DEA法对陕西大中型工业企业技术创新效率进行了评价。研究表明,技术创新转化阶段的转化效率、纯技术效率和规模效率状况都好于开发阶段的各种效率,技术创新转化效率明显高于开发效率,随着时间的推演,技术创新效率逐渐提升;两阶段纯技术效率优于规模效率,创新效率的主要影响因素为规模效率。
Taking large-medium industrial enterprises in Shaanxi during the period of 2003--2010 as re- search subjects and based on the establishment of technological innovation evaluation system, this paper u- ses DEA method to evaluate large-medium industrial enterprises~ technological innovation efficiency. Stud- ies have shown that conversion efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the phase of tech- nology conversion are better than those in the phase of technology development. Technology conversion ef- ficiency is significantly higher than technology development efficiency. The efficiency of technological inno- vation is gradually increasing with the evolution of time. Pure technical efficiency surpasses the scale effi- ciency in two stages, and scale efficiency is the main factor influencing the innovation efficiency.
