摘要
通过矢量方程和几何解析法建立冲床运动的数学模型,结合具体实例运用Matlab绘制出冲床机构各从动杆的角位移、角速度、角加速度和滑块的位移、速度和加速度的分析曲线图,同时形成冲床运动过程仿真动画,验证数学模型正确性,为以后的优化设计,机构运动评价和动力特性研究打下基础.
The mathematical model of punch movement is established by vector equation and geometrical analysis method, combined with specific examples to verify the mathematical model. Punch follower angular displacement, angular velocity, angular acceleration and the displacement of the slider, the velocity and acceleration analysis curves are drawn by Matlab. At the same time the simulation animation of punch movement process is formed, the foundation for future optimization design and dynamic characteristic research and evaluation of mechanism motion is laid.
