摘要
历史文化街区是历史文化名城的"筋络"。在城市化进程中如何做到原真性保护,直接影响到城市的文化品格。我国对历史文化街区的保护存在许多不足,对此提出制定历史文化街区文化质量标准的观点,并将历史真实、艺术效果、科学程度作为检测保护水平高低的基本内容。
The historical and cultural blocks ＂body＂ is a famous historical and cultural city. In how to do the original true protection in the process of urbanization, directly affect the cultural character of the city. Our country there are many deficiencies, the protection of historical and cultural blocks, this paper presents the view of quality standard of historical cultural blocks made, and the historical truth and artistic effect, the degree of science as the basic content of detection protection level.
