摘要 大口径长距离顶管施工顶进推力过大是困扰顶管施工多年的技术难题。靠提高顶管管材的抗压强度 ,加固顶管工作坑及后背等方法不仅不经济 ,还受到技术方面因素的制约。注浆减摩作为一门新技术 ,在顶管工程中应用越来越普及。本文对注浆减摩原理、注浆材料的性质及注浆工艺进行了较为系统的阐述 ,对于顶管工程的施工具有积极的参考价值。 The construction of Pipe Jacking is beset with difficulty due to the large propulsive force for several years.It has become a technological problem for thd large diameter with long distance Pipe-Jacking project.It is not economical and restricted with the factors of technology to improve the compressive strength of pipe material and reinforce the working hole and back shoring of Pipe-Jacking.As a new technology,the reducing friction through method placing mortar has is more and more popular in the Pipe Jacking project.This paper expounds systematically about the principle of reducing friction through placing mortar,the material nature and technology of placing mortar.It has positive reference value for the Pipe Jacking construction.
