摘要
国家级有线电视网络公司组建方案已获国务院批复,并拟简称为中国广电,即将作为我国有线电视网络的市场主体参与三网融合竞争。采用企业管理常用的SWOT分析模型,对该公司的竞争优、劣势以及面临的外部机遇和威胁进行分析,并对公司的近期发展定位和发展战略提出了见解。
The established planning of national cable networks corporation is approved by the State Council.The corporation is intended referred to as China Radio and Television Network,expected to be the market players of cable television network to competein network convergence.In this paper,author uses the SWOT analysis model commonly used in business management,to analyse the company's competitive strengths and weaknesses,as well as external opportunities and threats.On this basis,suggestions about how to plan the company's development positioning and development strategies for short-term are given.
