摘要
目的 探讨音乐干预配合非营养性吸吮在小儿头皮静脉穿刺中的应用方法及效果.方法 将200例0～1岁的需静脉输液的患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采取常规方法静脉穿刺,试验组在此基础上实施音乐干预配合非营养性吸吮.比较两组穿刺时患儿的疼痛的程度及一次穿刺的成功率.结果 试验组穿刺时疼痛程度比对照组轻（P＜0.01）,试验组一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 音乐干预配合非营养性吸吮能有效减轻患儿静脉穿刺时的疼痛,提高了静脉穿刺一次成功率.
Objective To evaluate the effects of music therapy combined with non-nutritional sucking in pediatric scalp venipuncture. Methods Two hundred infants receiving intravenous infusion were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. Music therapy combined with non-nutritional sucking was applied during venipuncture in the experimental group. The pain degree and success rate of venipuncture was compared between the two groups. Results The degree of pain during venipuncture in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）; the success rate of one-time puncture in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Music therapy combined with non-nutritional sucking can effectively reduce the infants＇ pain during venipuncture and improve the success rate of one-time puncture.
