红皮云杉针叶挥发油气相色谱-质谱指纹图谱及多成分定量分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立红皮云杉针叶挥发油气相色谱(GC)-质谱(MS)指纹图谱及多指标成分含量测定分析方法。方法:采用GC-MS技术,以HP-5MS色谱柱为分析柱,对黑龙江省的10批红皮云杉针叶挥发油分别进行指纹图谱的测定和樟脑、龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯3个成分的含量测定。结果:指纹图谱中鉴定了22个共有峰,10批红皮云杉针叶挥发油的指纹图谱相似度大于0.90;红皮云杉针叶挥发油中樟脑、龙脑和乙酸龙脑酯在含量上存在一定差异。结论:系统方法学验证说明该方法可用于红皮云杉针叶的鉴别与品质评价。 Objective: To establish an analysis method for the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ) fin-gerprint and the content determination of multiple components of volatile oil in Picea koraiensis Nakai leaves . Meth-ods: Fingerprint determinations of 10 lots of volatile oil of Picea koraiensis Nakai leaves from Heilongjiang Province were conducted and the contents of borneol , bornyl acetate and camphor were determined by using GC-MS technology with HP-5MS chromatographic column . Results: About 22 common peaks were confirmed in the fingerprints and the similarities of 10 lots of volatile oil of Picea koraiensis Nakai were higher than 0 . 90 . The results of content determina-tion demonstrated that some differences existed among camphor , borneol and bornyl acetate . Conclusion: The valida-tion of systematic methodology showed that the method can be used for the identification of volatile oil of Picea ko-raiensis Nakai leaves and the evaluation of the quality of volatile oil .
