装配式成形铣刀刀刃曲线研究

摘要 装配式成形铣刀由于其可调性和可换性等优点 ,在加工复杂曲面中得到广泛应用 .而铣刀刀刃曲线设计正是装配式成形铣刀设计的技术难点 .通过分析铣刀刀刃曲线的几何性质 ,推导出它的数学方程 ,进而求取刀片中心位置坐标 ,完成刀刃曲线的计算机辅助设计 .利用该原理制作的装配式成形铣刀修整的机车轮缘踏面轮廓 ,完全符合要求 。 The assembly type formed milling cutter is widely applied in manufacturing complicated curve surface because of its advantages of adjustability and changeability. The problem of designing an assembly type formed milling cutter is how to design the edge curve. We analyzed the geometric property of edge curve of formed milling cutter, deduced the curve's mathematics equation, got the center coordinate of disc blade, and designed the edge curve by CAD. The rim section sketches of engine wheel that were trimmed by the assembly type formed milling cutter are up to the mustard. And the work efficiency to trim the rim section sketches by this cutter can be improved two more times than by traditional turning.
