摘要
用等电聚焦法(Ampholine pH3.5~10)将巩县风化煤黄腐酸(FA)分离成十四个级分并进行了初步表征。结果表明,随着FA聚焦区pH增加,FA各级分的E_4/E_6减小,C/H增加。将其中几个级分用pH为2.5~4,3.5~5及4~6的Ampholine为两性电解质载体再进行等电聚焦时,发现还可以分离成若干条区带,并且聚焦区的pH与原来有所不同,这说明FA的等电聚焦与所用的两性电解质载体的化学特性有关。讨论了FA的等电聚焦机理,研究并解释了FA的分子量对其等电聚焦的影响。
Fulvic acid(FA) from Gongxian weathered coal could be separated into 14 fractions by isoelectrofocusing technique(IEF)(Ampholine pH 3.5~10), and each of these fractions was characterized by E_4/E_6 and elemental analysis. Experimental results indicated that FA fractions focused at higher pH zones show lower E_4/E_6 and higher C/H atomic ratio. FA fractions can be further isoelectrofocused into several zones by different Ampholine solutions (pH 2.5~4, 3.5~5, 4~6). This suggests that the IEF diagrams of FA will be affected by the characteristics of Ampholines. The influence of molecular weight of FA on its IEF diagram was studied and the mechanism for IEF of FA was discussed in detail.
