摘要
目的评价识别系统在预防接种门诊标准化建设中的应用效果,为预防接种门诊标准化建设提供科学依据。方法用分层随机抽样法确定我市3个县(区)的预防接种门诊为研究对象,将识别系统应用到预防接种服务中,包括视觉识别、理念识别和行为识别。结果应用识别系统后,预防接种知识知晓率高于应用前(P<0.01),预防接种服务满意度评分高于应用前(t=48.708,P<0.001),各种疫苗接种率都有提高,除乙肝疫苗外其他疫苗接种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将识别系统应用到预防接种门诊标准化建设中对预防接种服务的完善和提升有促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of applying identity system in standardization of building vaccina- tion clinics, so as to provide scientific evidence tbr the standardization of building vaccination clinics. Methods Three counties （districts） were confirmed as objects of study in vaccination clinics by stratified random sam- pling method. After application of identity system, the awareness rate of vaccination was higher than before （P 〈 0. 0! ） . The service satisfaction sco~ was higher than before （t =48.708, P 〈0. 001 ） . The inoculation rates of many kinds of vaccine obviously improved, the inoculation rate of other vaccines except for hepatitis B vaccine had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The applicaion of identity system in standardiza- tion of building vaeeination clinics has positive impacts on perfecting and improving the vaccination services.
