人附睾蛋白4在子宫内膜癌诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 子宫内膜癌是女性生殖器官最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,占女性生殖道肿瘤的20%~30%.近年来国内发病率上升,且趋于年轻化,有些地方已跃居妇科生殖道肿瘤首位.子宫内膜癌一直缺乏敏感、特异的肿瘤标记物.CA125是目前子宫内膜癌常用的肿瘤标志物,但仅有11%~33%的子宫内膜癌患者升高,并且在其他妇科良性疾病中也有升高,缺乏很好的可信度.人附睾蛋白4(HE4)是一种新型的肿瘤标记物,在国外已广泛应用于卵巢癌的临床诊断.关于HE4用于子宫内膜癌的早期诊断、病情监测及预后,近来国内外也相继有研究报道.现就HE4结构、组织表达、影响因素及在子宫内膜癌中的应用做一综述.
