摘要
本文观察并测试了七种有机试剂和两种还原性气体对 ICP-AFS 同时测量钾、钙、镁和钠时荧光强度的影响,认为有机试剂加入后对荧光强度的增强作用不仅仅是因为有机试剂可以改变雾化效果所致。在比较了有机试剂与还原性气体的影响差异后,本文认为有机试剂对荧光强度的影响是多方面的。
The influence of seven organic reagents and two reducing gases on the deter- ruination of the atomic fluorescence intensity of K,Ca,Mg and Na was observed and me- asured.The effect of the nebulization can be changed by the organic reagents.It is not the only factor to increase the atomic fluorescence intensity.Many factors can influence the atomic fluorescence intensity of the elements after comparing the influences of the reagents and the gases.
