摘要
某型号加速度模数转换装置电路在使用过程中,输出精度不准确,始终存在零点漂移现象。通过具体电路分析和实践数据验证,发现恒流源中独石电容器会对整个电路的输出精度有影响。从具体电路分析和相应的实验数据得出结论,不同温度系数的独石电容器会对恒流源输出精度有影响,最后提出通过选用温度系数高的独石电容器来提高恒流源的输出精度,对恒流源的生产厂商提高产品精度以及电路开发人员在以后分析问题的方法方面都能起到一定的帮助作用。
A type acceleration A/D circuit in use process output precision is not accurate and always exist the zero drift phenomenons.Through a circuit analysis and practical data verification,find that monolithic capacitor in the constant current source may have influence on the output accuracy of the whole circuit.This article from the concrete circuit analysis and the corresponding experimental data concludes that different temperature coefficient of monolithic capacitor has the influence on the precision of constant current source output.It can choose high temperature coefficient of monolithic capacitor to improve the output precision of constant current source.This paper can have certain help to manufacturers improve product precision and circuit developers in terms of method to analyze the problem.
