摘要
目的对比自制标本袋与传统标本袋在后腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术中的应用。方法将60例后腹腔镜肾癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组用医用无菌保护套制作标本袋,对照组选用传统标本袋,对比两种标本袋在肾标本装入中所用的时间、难易程度、术中视野及损坏概率。结果观察组装入标本的时间明显短于对照组,且无一例标本袋破裂情况,装标本时视野也较传统标本袋清晰。结论自制标本袋装取标本效率高,经济实用,值得推广。
Objective To compare the application of home-made specimen bags with the traditional specimen bags in retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. Methods Sixty patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrcctomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was with specimen bags made of medical sterile protective cover,while the control group adopted traditional specimen bags. To compare the elapsed time, complesity,the vision in operation and damage probability of the renal samples between the two types of speci- men bags. Results Comparing with traditional specimen bags, the home-made specimen bags cost less time to enclose the renal samples without breaking the bags,meanwhihe,it had clear vision to observe the samples. Conclusion Home-made specimen bags are more effective in putting samples in and out economically and practically ,which should be promoted widely.
