摘要
建立了间氯偶氦安替比林试剂测定钛的新方法。经离子交换分离后,利用Ti(Ⅳ)-H_2O_2-试剂生成的三元配合物进行光度测定。测定了两种铝合金标样,精密度和准确度令人满意。
A Spectrophotometric method for the determination of Ti in aluminium alloy with m-Chloro-antipyrylazo is described. At pH 3.0~3.7 range,Ti forms a blue ternary complex with m-chloro-antipylazo(R) and hydrogen peroxide with a maximum absorption at 615nm, its molar absorptivity being 1.9×10~4L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1).The composition of the Ti:R:H_2O_2 complex is found to be 1:2:2. Beer's law is obeyed for 0~30 μg of Ti in 25 ml. Most of the metal ions do not interfere with the determination of Ti except Fe and Cu, It has been applied to the determination of Ti in aluminum alloy by separation of ion exchange with satisfactory results.
