摘要
用单扫描极谱法研究了 Cu2 +与维脑路通 (VENORUTON,简称 VRT)形成配合物的条件和机理。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中 (p H7.0 ) ,Cu2 +与维脑路通配位并产生 1个不可逆还原波 ,其峰电位为 - 0 .55V(vs.SCE)。配合物的摩尔组成比为 Cu2 +∶VRT=1∶ 2 ,表观稳定常数为 1 .1× 1 0 11。
The formation condition and reaction mechanism of Cu(Ⅱ) venoruton (VRT) complex was studied. A reduction wave of Cu(Ⅱ) VRT complex was obtained by singel sweep polarography at the medium of phosphate buffer(pH 7 00). The peak potential is at -0.55V ( vs .SCE). The molar ratio of the complex is Cu(Ⅱ)∶VRT=1∶2, and the conditional a formation constant was found to be 1.1×10 11 .
