摘要
芳纶纸成形后需要通过热压光来提升各项性能,本文探讨了芳纶纸在一定的热压条件下热压后再对其进行高温保温处理、冷浸渍处理以及铝箔保护处理,研究保温及冷浸渍对芳纶纸性能的影响。实验结果表明,与冷浸渍处理相比,热压后高温保温处理以及铝箔保护处理均可提升芳纶纸各项性能。
Hot pressing process should be carried out to the aramid paper after the wetting paper formed, so as to enhance aramid paper＇ s the mechanical properties and electrical insulating properties as well as paper smoothness. The effects of insulation, cold impregnation and aluminum foil protection treatments on the thermal pressed aramid paper properties were discussed. Results showed that insulation and aluminum foil protection treatments could im-prove some properties of aramid paper compared to the cold impregnation treatment.
