摘要
从受到食堂排放的冷凝油污污染的土壤中获取土壤样本,从中分离筛选可以分解利用冷凝油污的细菌菌株.经过富集培养、初筛、复筛、扩大培养、酶活测定和表面活性测定,获得了一株既能产生脂肪酶又能产生生物表面活性剂的细菌菌株(BNUBIODQ).经形态学、部分生理特征及16SrDNA序列分析,将该菌株命名为Pseudomonas aeruginosa BNUBIODQ.该菌株可以产生具有较高表面活性和乳化性能的生物表面活性剂,同时还可产生可诱导的胞外脂肪酶.该菌株在降解冷凝油污和环境保护领域将具有潜在的应用价值.
Soil sample was collected from land polluted by used cooking oil from refectory. A strain (BNUBIODQ) producing both lipase and biosurfactant was obtained after enrichment cultivation, preliminary and second screenings. The strain was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa BNUBIODQ by morphology, physiology and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Both biosurfactant and lipase were produced in the growing strain. Biosurfactant was secreted by the cells, and it had good surface activity and emulsified characteristics. Some extracellular lipase and extensive intracellular lipase was produced during growth phase.
