摘要
在一台稀燃汽油机上采用了横向滑片式可变进气涡流发生装置,通过改变阀片的位置实现一定强度的涡流运动。研究了滚流运动和斜轴涡流运动下CO、HC、NO x排放以及燃油经济性随空燃比的变化关系,表明了适度的涡流运动能有效改善稀燃发动机HC、NO x的排放和提高其燃油经济性。
A Variable intake vortex generator with transverse sliding vane is used in a lean burn gasoline en- gine, by changing the position of the valve plate to realize a certain intensity of vortex motion in the cylinder. With the change of air fuel ratio, emission values of CO, HC, NO and the fuel economy are analyzed respec- tively under the vortex motion and the tumble motion, and the result shows that a moderate vortex motion can effectively improve the emission performance and promote the economical efficiency.
