摘要
目的为临床医护人员用药提供参考。方法结合患者出现不良反应的症状,对药物的化学成分及作用机理进行分析。结果与结论马来酸桂哌齐特耐受性良好,出现严重不良反应比较罕见,容易被忽视。提示医护人员使用该药时应密切观察,出现不良反应要及时采取相应的措施救治。
Objective To provide reference for medication by clinical medical staff. Methods The chemical composition of the drug and its action mechanism were analyzed in combination with patient＇s symptoms of adverse reactions. Results and Conclusion Cinepazide Maleate is well-tolerated with rare occurrence of serious adverse reactions which are likely to be ignored. It indicates that medical staff should perform careful monitoring after administering the drug and take appropriate measures immediately for treatment once the serious adverse drug reaction happens.
