摘要
变频器控制电机一般都是一台变频器单独控制一台电机,如果是几十台或上百台电机,则需配几十台或上百台变频器,那么投资就比较大。而且当某一个变频器出现故障时,其对应的电机也不能动作,所以可靠性不高。针对这种情况,对于短时工作制的变频控制电机场合(以自动舞台场合必用的舞台吊杆为例),改变原有的一对一控制方式,设计了一个电气切换矩阵系统。此系统根据实际工作电机动作最大数来确定变频器的个数,很大程度上降低了成本,而且由于每一台变频器可以控制每一台电机,控制的安全系数也大为提高。
Generally the frequency converter control motor is that a frequency converter individually control one motor, if there is tens or hundreds of motor, it should be required with dozens or hundreds of frequency converter, then the investment cost is larger. And when a certain frequency converter fault occurs, the corresponding motor can't work, so the reliability is very low. On this condition, for short-time work of variable frequency control motor (taken the stage suspender by using in the automatic stage for example), a electric switch matrix system controlled by frequency converter is designe by changing the original one-to-one control mode. This system can determine the number of frequency converter according to the maximum action number of actual working motor, and greatly reduce the cost. The control safety factor is greatly improved because each converter can control each motor.
