摘要
本文通过对纸本资源和电子资源在其功能和特点方面的比较分析,阐述了二者之间互为补充、彼此并存的关系,提出了实现两种资源协调发展的若干举措。
Based on the comparison of the function and characteristics between the paper resources and electronic resources, this paper expounds mutual relations of complement, coexistence between them. Thena number of measures on coordinated development of resources have been put forward.
