我国优秀男子花剑运动员下肢等速肌力测试分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:通过研究我国优秀男子花剑运动员下肢髋、膝、踝三关节等速肌力测试结果,了解我国优秀男子花剑运动员下肢力量现状。方法:国家击剑集训队男子花剑运动员10人,测试60°/s和240°/s时双侧下肢髋、膝、踝屈伸肌群等速向心峰力矩。结果:1)髋关节:60°/s时运动员前腿伸肌相对峰力矩明显大于后腿(P=0.044);240°/s时运动员前腿屈肌相对峰力矩明显大于后腿(P=0.01);其余指标差异未有显著性(P>0.05)。2)膝关节:60°/s时运动员前腿屈肌群相对峰力矩明显大于后腿(P=0.039);其余指标差异未有显著性(P>0.05)。3)踝关节:60°/s时运动员前腿伸肌相对峰力矩明显大于后腿(P=0.01);其余指标差异未有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:我国优秀男子花剑运动员下肢关节等速肌力存在双侧不对称,前腿髋关节屈肌、膝关节屈肌和踝关节伸肌力量均强于后腿,且前腿膝关节伸肌功能需要加强。 Objective:To analyze test results of isokinetic strength of lower extremities, find out it's current status in Chinese elite male foil fencers, and provide valuable reference for exercise and research study in the future. Methods: Bilateral peak torque of flexors and extensors of hip, knee and ankle in 10 national elite male foil fencers, were tested isokinetically at speeds of 60 and 240 deg/sec. Results: 1)Hip: at 60 deg/sec, extensor peak torques in leading leg of fencers were significantly higher than trailing one(P = 0. 044);at 240 deg/sec, flexor peak torques in leading leg of fencers were significantly higher than trailing one (P = 0.01 ) ;no significant difference was found in other indexes(P〉0.05 ). 2)Knee:at 60 deg/sec, flexor peak torques in leading leg of fencers were significantly higher than trailing one( P = 0. 039 );no significant difference was found in other indexes ( P〉0.05 ). ( 3 ) Ankle : at 60 deg/sec, extensor peak torques in leading leg of fencers were significantly higher than trailing one (P = 0. 01);no significant difference was found in other indexes (P〉0.05). Conclusion:Bilateral asymmetry in isokinetic muscle strength exists in elite male foil fencers. The strength of hip flexor, knee flexor and ankle extensor in leading leg of fencers was higher than trailing one; knee extensor in leading leg need to be further strengthened.
