摘要
为了获得一种以较短的距离和时间在主爆震管中起爆爆震波的预爆管布置方式,采用商用CFD软件对五种预爆管布置方式下的爆震射流在主爆震管中起爆爆震波的过程进行了二维数值模拟。结果表明,现有几何模型中爆震射流在主爆震管中不能直接起爆爆震波,需要通过射流与壁面的作用来二次起爆;预爆管对称正交布置在主爆震管两侧时起爆距离和时间最短,预爆管水平反向布置方式次之,而预爆管水平正向布置时没有起爆。
In order to obtain the installment mode wave in the main detonation tube, two-dimensional of the pre-detonator which is conducive to initiate detonation numerical simulation of the detonation initiation process with pre-detonator was carried out with CFD software. And five installment modes of the pre-detonator were simulated. Stoichiometric propane-air mixture was used as the fuel-oxidant of the pre-detonator and main detonation tube. The simulation results and their analysis indicated preliminarily that : ( 1 ) the detonation jet cannot initiate the propane- air mixture directly in the main detonation tube for the current physical models, but can initiate the main detonation tube through DDT strengthened by the jet collision with the tube wall; (2) when the pre-detonators were installed on both sides of the main detonation tube for the symmetric and orthogonal installment mode, the initiation distance and time were the shortest, followed by the parall and forward arrangement of pre-detonator cannot el and reverse arrangement of pre-detonator; however, the parallel initiate the propane-air mixture in the main detonation tube.
