摘要
在钢铁基体上涂覆锌铬膜后在120℃烘干,再用一种富锌环氧树脂漆进行涂覆就可以得到富锌有机涂层钢板。这种钢板涂层具有高耐蚀性、高延展性、好的导电性等性能。把此过程应用于卷材生产线上,就可以得到防腐性能非常优异的预涂卷材,同时能大大提高金属涂覆的效率。本文介绍了富锌有机涂层钢板的制作工艺及涂层的结构,并讨论了这种复合有机涂层的性能。
The steel plate with rich-zinc organic coat can be made by coating Zinc-chrome film on steel base and stoving under 120 ℃and then painting one kind of rich-zinc epoxy resin. This steel plate possesses the performance of high corrosion resistance, high ductility and good electrical conductivity. With the above technology applied to wire production line, the pre-coating wire with excellent corrosion-resistance can be made and the metal coating efficiency can be raised greatly. The technology and the coating structure are introduced, the performance of this kind of complex organic coating discussed.
