摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合疗法治疗滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道病、霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法：回顾分析我院2010年2月至2011年3月应用中西医结合疗法治疗阴道炎156例的临床资料。结果：痊愈94例（60．26％），有效62例（39．74％）。1年后随访复发12例，复发率为7．66％。结论：采用中西医结合疗法治疗阴道炎，具有临床效果显著，患者痛苦小，远期复发率低的特点，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of combination therapy in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis, mould sex vaginitis of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 156 cases of the treatment of vaginitis in our hospital from 2010 February to 2011 March, the application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Results： 94 cases were cured （60. 26%）, effective in 62 cases （39.74%）. After 1 years of follow-up of 12 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 7.66%. Conclusion： combined therapy in the treatment of vaginitis with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, has a significant clinical effect, little pain, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical ap-plication.
