摘要
本文从学校政策差异化定位,教师差异化教学和学生的差异化管理三个不同出发点,结合作者的教学实践,提出了应用型本科院校学生培养的若干思考。
This paper advances some advices on training students in the application-oriented universities.It is supported by the three different standpoints including the differentiation of the location of university development,teachers＇ teaching,and student management.
