摘要
就业难已经成为了全社会普遍关注的问题。面对越来越严峻的就业形势,大学生就业择业过程中会出现不少的心理障碍。文章主要分析了大学生就业存在的主要心理障碍及其原因,并有针对性地提出了就业心理障碍的解决途径。
Employment has become a common concern of the whole society.Face of increasingly severe employment situation,employment of university students will appear a lot of psychological disorder in career process.This article mainly analyzes the main psychological barrier and reasons of the employment of university students,and proposes targeted solutions for employment psychological barriers.
